Bad Yocket experience

I have been enrolled in Yocket , but no one is responding in the group over there
This happened in past also and due to which I lost all my intakes
I won’t be taking this again
Help me right now , as the intake is closing soon. I got warning emails from universities but still no one is responding
I gave money to Yocket , and they ruined it

And getting no response from my councillor
