I just took my GRE and got 325(V155, Q170). I'm currently in the 6th SEM and aiming for fall 2018 admission in cs/(ML focus)/Data science.
What universities should I aim for?
What to do in the next two sems to improve my profile?

As of feb 2017, I have PPI of 8.23 (till 5th SEM) from Nirma University, no papers or internships.
I've got good extra curriculars.
