Will this create a problem in my application process?
During my examination, the supervisor didn't tell me anything about this

No it won't be any problem but still you can change your details as on Passport by contacting ETS helpline number... They will hardly take 4 days to get the correction done. I had same problem but i got it corrected before giving GRE

I think that's the standard format of entering name on ETS... it shouldn't be a problem for applications or anything
