should I address my drop of percentage in the fourth semester because I was in a technical team of university?
my % are as follows: 66.5, 77.67, 74 ,64.2,71,76

I have possibility of getting an LOR from 4 sources:
1. project guide /prof - current project-power electronics
2. associate prof- in the same project as above- power electronics
3. project guide- previous team due to which my % dropped- embedded systems
4. HOD of electrical deppt- taught me power electronics

which should I prefer?
I am applying for MS in electrical engineering for fall 2017 specifically in power electronics
