I am showing the proof of funding from relatives in USA for processing the I-20 now,
Would it be a problem during the Visa interview??
(Will provide the bank loan as proof of funding during the Visa interview)

I would say try if your loan gets ready for I20 as well. And if that gets prepared you can show that. Or else you may proceed to show uncle as your sponsor. My only concern is that sometimes I20 displays the sponsor name on the left hand side in some cases. So if that happens it would be a problem. So try for loan letter  first. Incase loan letter do not works if your university accepts solvency letter we can try that as well first.
