Aps for Germany (for a student who is yet to start 8th semester)

APS has just recently been implemented in India for higher studies in Germany. I want i ask a serious question for people who are knowledgeable or already applied for aps

I just completed my 7th semester and about to start my 8th semester next week. I want to play for aps as soon as possible, but if i look into the checklist for postgraduate students, it asks for a bachelor's certificate. Well, I don't have my btech certificate now, how do I even apply for this. Please help. #masters #ms #GERMANY #apscertificate
