If u have experience, shifting is easy. As u don't have CS degree or any work experience related to data science, it will be difficult. Try some safe options as well. Some of ur mod looks ambitious because of branch change and irrelevant work experience.

RIT and NJIT are very safe. UTD moderate. SJSU doesn't allow branch change to CS from other fields, though you can try Masters in Data Science
As you don't have exposure to Data science it's always preferable to do MS in CS with electives of Data science.
