Changing Branch From EEE to CSE is going to be a bit hard in upcoming seasons but there are many who have got into CSE from Electronics Branches.
Unless you had taken Relevant coursework related to CSE in Your bachelor's , You'll either be rejected directly or Have to Take up 3-6 Pre requisites based on Your Profile and It's going to cost You extra Tuition without having any relevance to your Master's GPA. Even Getting an Admit Totally depends on Your "SOPs, LOR's and Your Resume and Extra Curriculars". So cut to down on the Hassle involved from changing branches, Why don't you look into Either Software Engineering (Same as CS/IS in india) or Computer Engineering where you can take upto 5 Subs from CSE as track Option.
