I need to know if attestation from USIEF will work or not as i cannot get it attested from college at present.

FYI : Just got a reply from UFL , and they say that you can email ( graduate@admissions.ufl.edu ), FAX or send by POST a copy of official transcripts (Unofficial copy) with the UFID which you will get after submitting the application. This will be enough for admissions decision, after admission you need to present the official copy.
