@SURJYA Your GPA is less than what I've seen being admitted to this department, so now, it depends on your rank in your class and your recommendations. Admitted students are always in the top-5/6 bracket. You should expect their decision in April (Around April first week-second week) atleast thisis true for environmental and structures. But UIUC is pretty late in giving them. All the best!
