Better opportunities by location.

Other than that, it's your decision. Check the course catalog of all of them and choose the one which aligns better with your interest

My choice is Chicago.  Internship is quite good plus full time opportunities also good. Campus jobs are at 11$ per hr limited to 20 hrs per week.
