VO: Have you applied for US visa before?
ME:
No

VO: Why are you applying for US Visa?
ME:
I am applying US visa to pursue Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston.

VO: how long is your course?
ME:
2 years

VO: When did you pass out?
ME:
2012

VO: What have you been doing since then?
ME:
Working as Dy Manager in Coal India limited.

VO: Who is going to sponsor your education?
ME:
My father is going to sponsor my Education. He has savings of xx rs and XX rs in fixed properties.

VO: What does your father do?
ME:
Told

VO: Can you pass me his passbook?(gave the passbook)
VO:
What is his annual income?(told)

VO: Aren’t you taking any loan?
ME:
I ain’t taking any loan because my dads Savings will be sufficient for my education.
(There was silence of at least 1 and half minute, the VO was going through his computer)

VO: Have you held any other passport than India? (He asked me this question because my place of birth is not India)
ME: No

VO: Can you pass all your old passports?
ME:
Yes, sure, (gave all my passports)
(I was born outside India because my dad worked there)

VO: When did you come to India?
ME:
I came in 2008 for B. Tech in electrical engineering.

VO: How many siblings do you have?
ME:
Told.
(Again silence for 1 minute, he kept typing something. He returned all my old passports except the new one)

VO: I am approving your visa, Study hard n enjoy your stay there.
ME:
Sure, thank you!
