Visa interview Experience:

VO was a male in early 30s and rejected F1 visas of a girl and a boy just before me and was not at all in a good mood!
Was quite scared but I guess I had luck on my side..

ME: Hi
VO: No Reply(I could judge his mood!)

VO: Pass me your Passport.
ME: Passed Passport & i20

VO: Did i ask you for your i20?
ME: Told that I didn't hear him properly!

VO: Why SJSU?
ME: Told about the course and curriculum and the specialization they're offering me!

VO: How many universities did you apply to?
ME: 4

VO: How many admits and which are they?
ME: 3 CSU, Long Beach CSU, Sacramento

VO: Why California?
ME: Told him courses offered are very good and about the weather by comparing east with west..

I have Tonsillitis and had a sour cough at the very same moment while I was explaining him about the extreme cold weather in the East..
He looked impressed..

VO: What will your curriculum be like?
ME: Told him about the no of courses and their respective credits and also names of courses I'll take up in first semester!

VO: Who'll be funding you?
ME: My Parents.

VO: How will you manage your funds?
ME: Told him about savings of xx Lakhs, Education Loan worth Rs xx Lakhs

VO: What do your parents do?
ME: told about the business..

And at last THE THREE GOLDEN WORDS!!

VO: "I am approving your Visa", You can collect your passport after 5 days..
