Will it be possible to get Canadian Study Permit as a Non SDS stream student with TOEFL ibt Home Edition?

Do they accept TOEFL ibt Home Edition score as a proof of language proficiency for the non sds stream? Could anyone please enlighten me by telling the requirement? As far as I knew, there is no particular Test score requirement for non sds category.. But I do not aware if they change any policy now as they are facing housing crisis and importing new rules for the international student as well as immigrants..
