Hello Aarthi,

If you have GPA above 3.4 in your academics with decent GRE and IELTS, I’d suggest you to choose California (any state university). Here’s why.

1. Less tuition fee - You can complete MS in good budget around INR 25-30L for 2 years
2. More openings to work in university for parttime. You can earn minimum $15 -$17 per hour. 
3. More openings to work after MS
4. Indian suitable weather conditions

This threat is 4 months ago. But, I’m just giving you an overview if you are applying for fall 2023. If you are already in US, please take my words in lighter manner if you are not in California. Every state has its own charm. This is my POV. I hope this clarifies.
