Which university is better in terms of ROI, Job opportunities and overall experience.

I’ve received admits from NYU Tandon MS in computer engineering program for fall 24 and USC MS computer science - Data science program for spring 25. I also got a 8k scholarship per year from NYU but I’m more inclined on pursing computer science more specifically data science. I don’t really mind going for spring term as I’m currently working and didn’t resign yet. But I have a few friends in NY and I was initially planning on living with them. I just received admit from USC today and I’m really confused. Usc has the exact course I want but the tuition is more expensive than NYU Tandon and I have don’t have any friends there. Please help me choose which one is the better option in terms overall ROI and job opportunities.
