Which university is better for MS in Computer Engineering? (Comp engg and Comp Science are different btw)

#ComputerEngineering is different from #ComputerScience. Comp engg comes under ECE department which delves into VLSI, CAD, Computer Architecture and computer networks, basically the hardware part of designing computers.
