According to me UWM > TAMU > UFL > SBU > UB 
TAMU and UWM actually have good number of assistantships, some complete their masters with $0
UF is economical, plus they also provide that $4500 scholarship 
SBU is also good but very little on campus opportunities
UB is economical, but very far away from NYC
