Which university is better between Portland State University and CSU Northridge for MS in ECE ? Please let me know on the basis of the following options - 1. Course - I want to take up VLSI design and Verification specialization and both the universities have good course structure of VLSI but comparatively PSU has better one. If anyone knows more than this, please let me know. 2. Internship opportunities. 3. Full time job search and opportunities. 4. Living expenses. please if anyone has information on these, let me know.
