Hello, can anyone guide on which is the best country to do MS in Mechanical Engineering? Considering all the factors like quality of education, career scope and affordability of the course. #MechanicalEngineering

Hey! As a mechanical engineering applicant myself, I can say that this really depends on your research interests. if automotive/ automobiles are your primary interest, then Germany is no doubt a great place, Manufacturing has excellent options in the United States and so on. The number of options in terms of Universities as well as job and salary will obviously be greater in the USA, but this comes with a larger cost in tuition and living. The UK could also be a bit expensive, and job opportunities might not be that good as compared to the US. Germany and Canada are cheaper options, and Germany is undoubtedly a favourite for most mechanical engineering aspirants but language restrictions could be an issue for some, Canada is very popular as it provides funding for all MS thesis admits, but again, job opportunities are lower here. Most top universities in the world are from these countries, there are a few other countries in Europe like Netherlands, Switzerland etc. but you would be limited to university options here.
