WES process for direct second year engineering student

What is the process for students who get in engineering in second year directly(Diploma students) ? For I have to send only Engineering transcripts for WES evaluation or diploma transcript also needed? #USA #WES #applicationprocess #admissions #diploma #URGENT

I think wes evaluation is not required for engineering for applying to most of the universities. And I am not sure about diploma. I also did diploma+btech. See more
