University suggestion / finalisation

Pls suggest which university is better for MS from the 3 admits I have:
1) Carolina Unversity (CU), Salem - Data Science (60% tution fee scholarship)
2) Montclair State University (MSU) - Business Analytics
3) Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT, Chicago) - Data Science (30% tution fee scholarship)
