It’s still available!!
Starting spring 2024 (January 1st), I have a UC off-campus graduate housing offer at Senator Place.
It is a 2 bed, 1 bath. It is a super safe area. I am looking for 1 female roommate to share the apartment with 3 other graduate female students.
Total rent is $354 per head including utilities.
2 min walk to the shuttle stop, 1 min walk to Graeter's, Esquire Theater, CVS, Clifton market, and restaurants.
