University of Cincinnati Spring 2024

Hello,
Starting spring 2024 (January 1st), I have a UC off-campus graduate housing offer at Senator place.

It is a 2 bed, 1 bath. It is a super safe area. I am looking for 2 female roommates to share the apartment with 2 other.
Total rent is $354 per head including utilities.

2 mins walk to the shuttle stop, 1 min walk to Graeter's, Esquire Theater, CVS, Clifton market, and restaurants.
