TOEFL requirement

Question

I have scored 78 in attempt but my best score of TOEFL  is 81. Will universities consider my best of TOEFL ?    
My other profile details are as follows-  
1. Degree GPA- 7.09  
2. Diploma - 75.03 % Agg.  
3.Work EX- 4 years

Some universities don’t accept best scores and some accepts so do the research while applying.

Furthermore, your CGPA is good too, and 4 yrs work experience will help in increasing your chances of getting into a good University.
