Suggestion for planning my masters in us!

Hello everyone! I have completed my bachelor's in bsc microbiology, so that im planning for my masters in US .Can anyone help me out which course is best BA(business analytics) or else master's in science (biotechnology, microbiology) which is best and which university u prefer and US or canada which country is best! #doubt #please #help
