UTD should be your choice.

Why UTD?
Good location. Dallas is an upcoming tech hub. The main disadvantage with UTD is the batch size. The intake is high. There are a lot of international students. The competition for oncampus jobs is insane tho so less opportunities for on campus and assistantship but students get it eventually so no problem. If you have received instate tuition from UTD then that significantly reduces your tuition fees. If thats the case and budget is a priority then definitely go for UTD. They are popular for Soft Engg and Data Science specializations. So if thats your interest then UTD is a great school. Rankings wise also UTD has an edge.
