SJSU - MSDA application denied due to Limited seats for spring 2023.

Question

I recently got a denial due to limited seats for the above mentioned couse for spring 2023 intake. (Applied on nov 13th) What can i request them next, Can they consider my application

1. To be on waitlist i.e. if not all admitted students accept the admission
2. Can they transfer my application for fall 2023
3. Or consider my application for special session spring 2023.

Also, are the applications in SJSU on first come first serve basis?

What are the chances of fall 2023 MSDA admission, if I apply now.
