Stevens will be a great option.

Why?
- location, close to nyc and a fantastic campus overall.
- alumni network. lot of cs folks working in top companies.
- networking opportunities.
- on campus jobs. plenty of on campus opportunities since the campus is huge.
- good reputation in and around New York.

Rowan is particularly not as popular and highly advantageous as Stevens.
