[Results and Decisions] Got an admit for MCS DS (Online) UIUC Spring 2025 | Need help on deciding

I got a final decision letter a few hours back on my online computer science MCS DS application for spring 2025 with limited status due to English deficiency (EPT) need to be taken.

I also have an admit from USC MSCS (S&E) from last fall 2024 with EPT again which I deferred for fall 2025.

I am also thinking of applying for the UCB MIMS program..

I applied to the UIUC program very casually and didn't expect much now I am thinking will it be a good choice for me or not

So in order to understand that I want to understand how this online MCS works. Is credibility the same as an offline program? The degree is awarded? Is the program good if I want to learn more on a fundamental level and switch my role from sde to ML Scientist?

Also which is better online mcs uiuc or usc mscs as sessions are way apart and I need to make a decision on my current mcs admission.
