Hello,  
I am planning for Masters in MIS in Fall 2023. Please suggest some universities that would be safe, moderate and ambitious. Here are my profile details.  
    
Undergrad : B.Tech (2020) in Computer Science with 79.5% (Tier 2 college)  
Not planning to give GRE as my preparation is not well enough and applications have started  
IELTS : 6.5  
Experience : 2.1 years (Programmer Analyst , then promoted to Senior Software Engineer)  
1 research paper (published in international journal)
