guys I have submitted my transcripts to NYU Poly through DH

guys I have submitted my transcripts to NYU Poly through DHL on 25th Jan and DHL says that the documents have reached on 30th Jan.

still the status of my transcripts have not been updated to received. it's already been a little more than 3 weeks now. is it normal or do I need to do something about this?

does anybody knows after how many days the status gets updated.

You shud give a call definitely. My frnd had the same situation and they said they dint receive it. She had to send the post again. NYU grad office is just like Indian postal office. Call them once.

Takes time..  Mine took a month to reflect in the portal. Actually their processing center is in Canton, MA and university in NY, so takes time. This is the reason they gave me when I asked them about my documents

Call them! This happened with me too...After over a month that the transcripts were delivered..the status still remained unchanged and then one fine day they mail me that you have not sent the transcripts hence your application is incomplete..It's better you call the grad department and tell them to check!

Dont worry man, it might have reached there.They might take some time to update the status.just email them enquiring about documents

That happens quite many times. The problem is once the document is received it takes time to reflect on the respective university Portal, because the admission office receives number of documents around the world and there is a huge pile of documents lying and to update them the staff takes time. You can wait for some time or you can email the admission advisor office mentioning the name of the person who has received the documents as seen on DHL tracking and inform them to update your status.
