NEU or ASU for MS in CS? NEU has co-op and small batch size but I don't like harsh weather especia

NEU or ASU for MS in CS?

NEU has co-op and small batch size but I don't like harsh weather especially 4 months of winter snow of Boston. ASU has Indian weather conditions and decent job opportunities. But I have heard huge batch sizes makes course selection of your choice difficult. I'm really confused. Which one should I prefer?
