Raja I'm  considering these criteria to choose which is best option.
1. Location: IITC is based in chicago and chicago is a place known as a hub of jobs you will have great opportunities there if you are looking for high paying job perspective. Whereas if you look for UNCC as an option they also have some big recruiters like Bank of America and some other reputed companies.
2. Course: This I think should be on you can either go for cybersecurities or in the IT sector as both the industries are booming right now.
3. Finances: IITC is a private university whereas UNCC is a public one in many cases finances alone could be a deciding factor.
Universities which offer you Scholarships you can also look for that.
