Not late till july some universities or colleges accepting but low ranked universities you will get also less chances of getting admitted

Yes, it is pretty late.
As you need to shortlist and apply to Unversities before March ends, but since you haven't given IELTS, you need to give it first and wait for its result, so that would make you ineligible to apply to Universities before March.

If you anyhow, give IELTS as soon as possilbe and get the results by March end, you can still apply to handful of Universities that have their applications open by then, but still the better choice would be to apply for Sring Intake 2024.

If gre is ready and all documents are ready give in this feb month only and apply uni in march 1st week not too late u can instead of waiting for next year spring
