Looking for guidance

I'm about to complete my b.tech. biotechnology in a year and I don't want to waste time and get admission in master in italy soon after graduation.
CGPA : 7.46 (till 4th sem)
And I have shortlisted college according to my preferred courses and planning on taking TOEFL and some other exams this year.
My top three are :
University of Florence, Pavia , and bologna
