Loan Disbursement

Hello, I have been approved 45 lakhs loan by HDFC Credila for studies in U.S. The cost of university is around 20.5 lakhs for 1 year i.e 41 lakhs for 2 years. I'm taking 20 lakhs consideration for other expenses over the duration of 2 years. Total expenses is 41(fees) + 20(other expenses). I also have savings of 12 lakhs. Now what should be the initial amount to be disbursed from loan? Will around 25 lakhs do? If you have any other suggestions or tips, please comment. I don't want to disburse an amount more than required.
