Is NEU a safe option for my profile (aiming for MS in ECE) or is it too competitive to get in?

GPA: 7.8 (2019 passed out)
GRE:317 ( 160 in verbal, 157 in quant, and 4 in AWA)
IELTS:8
Papers: published 3 papers during clg, out of which 2 are in IEEE
Work ex - 1 year and 8 months - IT company; 1 year - core company
