Hi, is anyone studying in Berlin or will be joining a university there? Please share insights about whether is Berlin safe for international students and how's the student life there? Please also provide insights about other German cities which are best for International students considering all aspects like student life, safety, cost of living, career prospects, etc. #GERMANY

Berlin can be seen as a very safe city, both at night and in the daytime. As in any other major city, there are some areas where you can encounter criminal activity. As long as you are cautioned, you can feel safe while in Berlin. I personally know a few of my friends who are pursuing their masters in Munich and Frankfurt as well, and they live a quite peaceful life there, with a lot of fun activities in the weekends and also enjoy travelling to neighboring states!
