In which country I can get good opportunities for Post Doctorate in Fisheries and Aquaculture ?

I'm going to complete my Ph.D. (Aquatic Environment and Mariculture) next year (2023) and I would like to do my postdoc (PD) abroad (outside India). I'm working on open sea cage farming, its environmental impact, and its mitigation. Can you please suggest a suitable university, organization, or research institute where I can do my PD? I'm preferring European countries mostly maybe Norway or suggestions about any other countries are welcome.
