I'm confused for MIS masters between Syracuse, IIT Chicago and CSULB. Please help, I need to apply in one of those.

Syracuse MIS seems to be an online program completely, so you may not get much of a physical exposure to the campus or towards the program. 
IIT Chicago has a decent program in the Information Technology and Management and the career opportunities are pretty good,
CSU LB is a decent university, but compared to Syracuse and IITChic, it doesnt stand out much, so it should be 3rd on your preference.
Going by uni reputation, Syracuse would be a great choice. But being Online, I do not know how good the career prospects will be or where you can apply for jobs after the course is over. 
So my top choices would be Syracuse and IIT Chic. Talk to some alumni and current students over linkedin to see which are the better choices, whether the ischool in Syracuse is worth it or not!
