I am looking for people who want to pursue or pursuing Quantitative finance, I have a few questions to ask, thank you.

Hello everyone, myself Ganesh, I just wanted to know if anyone is doing or wanting to do quantitative finance or any finance related course, I am 24, I have a background in engg I took ECE I have completed my BE in 2022, I took a course for 1 year and later got placed and worked for 1 year, but I wanted to masters in finance, I am not sure about what to do? What's the job market over here, is there a future in this relative field of quantitative finance, is this a difficult course, I have a aggregate of 7 in engg, as far as I looked into this, everyone wants people with work experience in related field so I wanted some insight into this, could anyone provide me some information it would be really helpful.
