Hi Ishan, the advantage of studying in USA is the vast usage of resources a university can offer you. The top 100 universities in USA (aim for them only) have clubs and societies to help you grow outside of the course you are learning.
So if you pick CS as your Major, you can minor in Machine learning, all the while join the Entrepreneurship club of that university if there is any and train yourself there!
This way you have a lot of flexibility in what courses you pick and what you do during your free time!
