SIT is an excellent institute for an MS in DS but there are other schools which may be less expensive and more attractive from a ranking perspective. If scores permit, look at NCSU and the University of Cincinnati. If you must study in the NYC area, you should look at NJIT as well. Many colleges at CUNY also have good programs in data science.
