Housing option neat UTD

I enrolled for Fall MS finance. I took a new lease in Cortland Canyon Creek. It's on *UTD east bus* route. Looking for students to join in for the second bedroom.

Floor plan - 2b2b Greenside
Term - 14 months starting July 28.
Rent for private - $1185
Rent for 2-sharing - $592.5

Am a non-vegetarian, from Andhra. No preferences at all.
