You can check out SBI and BOB for the lowest interest rates for around 8%-9%. The private banks and NBFCs can go upto 11-13%, but they are also faster in processing the application. PSUs may be better in terms of security as people trust them more, but once the loan is sanctioned it doesnt matter where it is from!
