Both are considered similar kind of schools! Now you need to ask yourself which climate do you prefer Desert kind or Arctic kind?

That’s the biggest question on my mind right now both have extreme climates in asu summers are harsh and in sunny winters so very perplexed honestly

Congratulations on your admits!
Both the universities have US News ratings close enough to make any differences negligible.
 It depends on a lot of factors if you are just looking for jobs or internships, I would suggest ASU over Buffalo, as it is strategically located and companies like Ebay and Intel hire a lot of graduates from there. If you are looking for specializing in some specific field and are interested in research do consider Buffalo.
So, I would suggest looking from different aspects like location, teaching, work opportunities, budget and course selection, etc.
