TOEFL: 108
Not taking GRE 
No research papers, a few projects 
3+ years of work experience- 1.5 years in Microsoft as a Support Engineer and 1.5 years in a startup as a Software Developer.

Term: Fall 2021
MS in CS 
What are my chances for these universities: The Ohio State University, UF, University of Minnesota (Twin Cities), Rice University, University of Pennsylvania and NYU.

No offence but UPenn is very very ambitious.

Even penn state is too ambitious. UMinn twin cities and NYU you can try. I would say you will have better chances with a gre score. These two would be between ambitious to moderate.

Donno much about uf and osu. Rice also u can try. But like i said, you will have a greater chance with a gre score.

Try UF. You have a good profile. I applied too without GRE. I didnot hear back yet. But better to apply than miss deadline. The application fee is $30
