You will get i20 from all the uni . It's you who have to decide which uni to take and then pay the SEVIS fee accordingly.

And if you get 2-3 admits, can you accept and request i20 from all 3 of them and then decide the final university? Or does it have to be only 1 i20 from either of the universities?

Alright. And once you receive i20 and pay the sevis fees, only then you should book a visa interview appointment right? Or can you just go for the Interview with all the i20s without payment of sevis fees yet?
