Hello, Which line is better for Pharma person, PhD v/s MS in US in terms of future prospects in industry?

I know upfront cost in MS is more than PhD. Does it give us good job opportunities and growth in industries as compared to PhD (in terms of cost benefit ratio)?
I have already done MS from very good college in India and have 2 years work experience in MNC. Which would be good for me?
Please suggest colleges and programmes if you have good idea about that.
